I trust you are safe and well. I wanted to reach out to you from my new home at RE/MAX Cayman Islands. There have been many changes for all of us as we learn to live in the ‘new normal’, for me this not only includes my new RE/MAX role but how we continue with real estate transactions whilst working from home.
We are pleased to see the Cayman Islands real estate market is continuing to be active. Properties are being listed and sales are closing. See below for a beach front condo that I sold last week and check out the fully upgraded 2 bedroom in San Sebastian I just listed for sale.
The rental market is still extremely active, here are some of the properties I have available… ocean views and central locations are now very affordable!

With most of us housebound, it really makes us think about what we want in a home; is it more internal or external space? A play room for the kids? A dedicated home office? Or perhaps you require a place located closer to outdoor exercise areas and the beach? For me, I realize I need dogs and a water view to get me through the day!
